WINEMAKING
Machine harvested and allowed a small amount of skin contact before pressing. Cold settled and racked off heavy lees. Fermented slow and cool in stainless steel with selected yeast. Sulphured on completion of ferment and held on lees until bottling.

A very cool growing season delivered a delicate wine with great natural acidity.
